@@courtneywhite8333 yeh, if you suddenly drink too much water, your body can't cope and it can cause you to flood. Too much water in your brain/head can kill you. I was lucky I just got sick with it and it calmed down. I couldn't drink water for several days though, until it had drained off.
If you like beans on toast , try putting some chilli flakes and a bit of cheese in whilst they’re hot in the pan let the cheese melt and honestly It’s a game changer I never have just beans anymore! Xx
If you drink to much water it causes your electrolyte levels to drop! Low electrolyte levels cause muscle spasms or. Cramping ! It’s important to ensure your levels are even as possible, although it’s a good challenge can also cause damage
The thing with the spots and potentially your period is that your body got hydration and less caffeine and basically shat itself and said mayday mayday evacuate! All this gunk in ya face, yh now's the time to leave, this period you probably would of had in a couple of days or a week or so yeah have it now let's kick everything out and start again. Caffeine has big links with headaches so i reckon the best thing you could maybe do is reduce your number of coffees and have a bottle of water floating around to remind you to do it. Your body just said oh fuck we have no caffeine and we have hydration lets goooooooo and just got everything out lol. Too much water can freak out your stomach because its well the wateryest liquid going so the recommended is like 2l and if you bang that out with a coffee in the morning and a tea at night with a fizzy drink here or there then you'll be bang on the money. More water than you usually drink is the biggest bonus here though lol.
Just FYI - I get tons of headaches and my doctor actually recommended drinking a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. The caffeine can often be helpful in preventing them.

I can't drink plain water in large amounts as it makes me nauseous. So I drink the bottled fruit still water.(no added sugar). Much more palatable for me
I'd love to see you do a fully whole food plant based month, so only whole foods and no junk, oil or sugar 😁 im trying to implement it but with companies bringing out loads of vegan junk food its hard to stick to it lol

I’ve heard a rumour that if you drink loads of water your period is shorter and lighter but I’m not sure! It kind of does for me! I drink one of those on the normal and sometimes that’s to much so well done for two of those!
I'm gonna try this your skin looks amazing!! 4lbs a week is a lot through drinking water and they say drinking water curbs your appetite and stops you feeling hungry! You could put lemons in it or fruit make it taste nicer. Basically if you did this for a month you could lose over a stone in weight I'm gonna try this, love it when you do these kinds of videos when you try different stuff out my favourite was when you and Sean did the fitness and diet one and challenged Eachother I loved that. Hey Demi! The video I watched was Wild We Roam, they did a water fast. He didn't eat anything besides water but he spent his days laying down. He was feeling so much pain before but after he felt so much better. I can't imagine the pain you had from all the headaches! I do believe in the power of water... take care!!!!! Xxx
If you drink a lot of coffee you shouldn't just go cold turkey and not drink it as you will get caffeine withdrawals...I learned this the hard way and felt like death for a few days! Headaches, extreme fatigue and cramps xx I now rotate between decaff and normal coffee ☕ but have reduced it a lot
Great video Demi, you did well to get thru the week, that's alot of water. You could try flavoured water (fizzy or still), boiled water with lemon or honey & I love beans on toast with cheese tho my partner absolutely hates beans of any kind. 👍❤😁

I read somewhere that your bladder only holds 600ml so that would explain how many times you have to go to the loo having a gallon of water everyday haha
i've been struggling with headaches recently too!! i know someone else who has all of a sudden started struggling with headaches aswell, how strange, and literally nothing shifts them either. I just have to sleep mine off, hope yours settle soon x

Sorry I don't want to cause offence but a gallon is way to much water if your not used to it, its rare but it can cause water intoxication and can cause problems with your body ect your sodium levels can drop which cause cramping ect

If you’re getting headaches maybe check your iron levels ! Being vegan can cause anemia due to low protein intake. Just a tip I got it when I was vegetarian. :)
I would recommend blue light glasses with your job I understand that ur probably infant of a screen alot I used to get bad headaches I brought some blue light glasses and I kid u not I have had 0 yes 0 headaches since I hope u feel better soon xxx

I try and drink 3x 600ml bottles a day which i usually manage and other drinks on top. I have however stopped using straw bottles as i found drinking with straws was causing bloating as your taking in air as you drink. I became ill last summer and couldn't work out why my stomach felt so bad when i was just drinking staying hydrated turns out it was the straw bottle...

Just be careful how much you drink, there is such a thing as drinking too much water, the recommended amount for a woman is less than 3 ltres
I thought the same. I flooded my brain after trying to drink more water and drinking around 3.5L in a day.

When it’s colder I love to drink pots of herbal tea! That way you’re still getting plenty of h2o 💕

I've been studying the anatomy and physiology of the bladder today. It can only hold 200 to 300 ml urine comfortably which explains the peeing! X

Try drinking only one of those bottles through the day so you can still have those coffees and teas but mostly to let your bladder cope more

Water out the fridge is better for you because of the filter, tastes better too (I've got a Samsung one and I couldn't live without it now)
