I just replaced my sensor (2012 Silverado) without removing the manifold. It's a pain, but doable. Started the engine and still no pressure on the dash gauge and check engine light on. I watched several videos regarding this and only you and another stated to clear the code. I cleared the code and everything is now fine. Thanks for the video.
Thanks I just got this code on my 2011 Silverado. At dead stop it goes up to 80 psi and then when I’m moving it goes to 0. I will not be taking off the intake manifold for obvious reasons lol. Thanks bro!
I just replaced my sensor did an oil change on it same day light went out. It's been about a week or so the check engine light came on reading p0521 any idea what it can be?
That brake booster vacuum hose you removed that runs to the intake manifold I removed that part of the hose while doing that i lost the fitting or gasket that goes to the Manifold would you happen to know a part number for it or proper name for it!? Thanks
And No you can't remove that plastic cover 😂😂 Buls*** I seen a video on youtube where dude popped off that back cover easily and replaced the sensor I just can't find it 🤬🤬🤬 Anyone knows what video I'm talking about let me know PLEASE I'm desperate.
Do you work at a shop if so where? I have a 09 Tahoe with these code p2176 p0521 p0455 p1516 p0523 p2135... it’s such a hassle and I worry it will one day leave me stranded with my kids.
@@JaboTheMechanic I gps it says only 1hr not bad issue I have is tags expired needs smog and cant do so because of check engine light I wish I could attach picture here would like to get your feedback on if you think there is actual screen in the hole because I can see something but not 100 percent because I am working behind motor. By no means am I a mechanic I just got snesor off very difficult to remove screen I tried putting new screen back in hole but the sensor dose not thread in telling me there is something like old screen in there .

No it doesn't. You can buy them at the autoparts store. I know for sure autozone carries them. They are in the isle (help section)
