Point is; I think losing limbs added a sort of charm to the game. I think it’s because it made it less Minecraft and more LEGO.

I joined in the summer of 2016, I remember seeing a video of a youtuber called Evan tube or something like that, who played escape from the supermarket haha in fact it was the first game I remember playing, along with Roblox Waterpark and the Escape from the bathroom (the one with homer simpson), oh by the way i never had the experience of playing roblox on pc, i always played roblox on ipad because it was the only thing my parents let me use when i was 8 years old, what good times... .

I joined this game in 2007, and I can tell you with pretty good confidence that people have sputtered this for years. I remember when everyone wouldn't shut up about how terrible 2010 was and how they missed 2007. I remember when it was hip to hate the game from 2011 to 2012, and say that 2008-2009 were the glory days. History keeps repeating itself and it's just funny to me. Seems like as long as time moves forward, someone is going to find their own personal "golden age" of Roblox and complain that it's "so terrible now". I want to bet a million dollars that two years from now, people will be complaining about how terrible 2019 is and that they miss 2017. Egad.

It's 2017 now, which means that 2007 is now starting to become 10 years ago. It's extremely scary to think, because that was my join year. I can hardly believe that roblox still even exists today though! I've seen it have a vast decline over the years (such as updates, community humor, quality etc.). First thing I did when I joined in August 2007 was go right to the game Ultimate Paintball by miked and I met my first friend there, who would later by my best friend for years to come. It's incredibly sad to think that it's all becoming a decade ago just this year.
