Good morning Johnny and everyone!! Happy Saturday!! Great walk tour around the Jane/Finch intersection. I can’t wait for the Finch West LRT to be completed by 2023. Hope everyone stays safe😎👍.

Jane and finch mall looks like dixie outlet mixed with south common mall in Mississauga. But unlike south common and dixie, its got a whole shoppers drug mart and freshco which is so ideal for groceries.

On my other account. Noticing the malls have a lot of small businesses that aren't really a part of the larger chains. I like seeing small businesses in malls, knowing there's a place for them. I hope the area looks a lot better after the minefield of construction e ds.

Unfortunately I think the costs of renting in malls has a lot to do with small independent businesses not doing well in them.

This area use to be soooo bad but people use to travel here to shop even when they moved to the smaller cities outside of Toronto.
People still drive to jane and finch for church and shopping because the food is fresh and cheap.
    That mall is decent

It _isn't_ a destination mall, just an ordinary mall with non-chain tenants similar to Bridlewood Mall (at the corner of Finch and Warden), Warden Center, which was near Warden Station (Warden & St. Clair) and the soon to be gone Galleria Mall (at the corner of Dufferin and Annette); these are the malls that comedian Chris Rock called 'the ones that white people don't go to' in one of his bits.
