Should’ve been put in jail for the whole six months then ordered to work in fast food for 60 days.
Normally, I would say that was a great idea for a sentence but the fact that she stood there in front of the Judge DEFENDING her reasoning for it describing how bad the food was?!?!? I don't care how bad the food was!!! Then call corporate with a complaint & submit your receipt for a refund! Put a bad review on Yelp! But throwing it in someone's face?!?!

I’m done with eating at Chipotle bc of their service or lack there of (portions, overpriced too), but that doesn’t justify assaulting ppl. When you work at restaurants for a couple of years, you’re more patient, and empathize with other restaurant workers; you understand how crazy things can get that are out of their control. I wonder if this lady will be working for free?? Is that legal in this situation?
Just make her work the kitchen in prison.

What is a decent minimum wage? $100K per year? Local restaurants where I love are closing because of ridiculously high minimum wage laws. The average cost of Hamburger, Fries and soft drink at fast food restaurants is $15.32. Ridiculous.

For example , I went to Paris last Spring and ate at good places where I didn’t even have to tip , where the cost of paying a livable wage to their employees was right there in my check I paid. The food wasn’t any more expensive than here . No, kidding! I live in Colorado not far from Boulder. There is a reason $25/hr is the base. Workers cannot afford to live in the city or surrounding area and the city is wealthy. Boulder wants to bus them in and out, but that doesn’t work anymore. The only choice is to raise the minimum wage. Btw … this idiot knows nothing about how economies work 🤷🏿♀️.

Everyone saying slap on the wrist, jail time but this has been on the news, TH-cam and all social media. People are gonna find out where she’s working fast food at and give her the hardest time. Wherever she’s hired her coworkers aren’t going to take kindly to her either. It might be worse. And she said she went back to the restaurant a week later and got food? They didn’t ban her? And you see what your food looks like as they’re making it.
Whatever, instead of 4320 hrs behind bars 24/7....she got 480 hrs spread over 60 work days.

Should have sent her to jail. There is no excuse to throw food in anyone’s face, much less Chipotle of all things. The manager remade the order twice, not to mention you watch them make it, so if she had a problem with the order, she could have said so while she was watching the manager prepare it. And if she still didn’t like it, ask for your money back and leave. People these days are so insufferable.
