Yes, and as you've probably noted in the video, we are very fond of them too. Nice big, premium sized plants (like those in the video) are going to be in some of our partnering garden centers this coming year. Just be aware that not every place will be carrying this particular selection, so it would probably be wise to call ahead to check if it is going to be in stock.
Does it flop in winter?
It is herbaceous, so it turns yellow and then brown in late Autumn early winter, and at that point David suggests giving it a trim to tidy up the old foliage. To help prevent "lodging" (which is what the experts call the "flopping" over you mention) it is good to grow these types of grasses on the "lean" side i.e. not in overly rich conditions!
Contrary to most of David's videos where he talks about improving the conditions by enriching the soil, adding fertilizer, watering etc. to get plenty of healthy lush growth, these plants are stiffer and more upright when they are grown a little "harder".
Obviously, its important to get newly planted ones started, established and weaned to their new positions by giving them this good culture, but once they are nicely established and get going, try not to grow them too rich or overfed. It's nice to have plenty of that delightfully colorful foliage, but overly rank growth tends to flop and lodge later on.

Unfortunately we in Nevada we can not get that Ornamental Grass Variety because it is Invasive.
