I have the mods but market settings isn't in the expansionmod/settings folder...
This is a bit out dated. You will want to modify the corresponding .json file that is in the /Market directory the market directory is in the same directory the settings directory is in
each .json file is specific to the individual group type. IE ammo.json and ammo_boxes.json would each contain content pertaining to AMMO however one is singular the other indicates a box of, so all singular ammo object relations to the market would be in the ammo.json, and all BOXED ammo configuration (pertaining to the market) would be in the ammo_boxes.json file. Much of the same rules apply to the additional files in the /Market directory....Hope this helped although kinda been a while since you posted intitialy :D
hey is there a way to disable these standard traders ? i'd love to create them all on my own at custom locations i'm btw using the bundle

when i go into settings there is no folder there called marketsettings, did the file move to another location or something? plz help me anybody, ive been trying to add snafu and windstrider gear to my expansion traders so that i can purchase them for over a week now and cant figure it out. PLEASE HELP ME, its driving me mad lol

Even after restart my trader is still saying out of stock even though i have the inital stock percent se to 75% HELP lol

i have a reputation issue it wipes when leaving server and everything is really high rep idk if its this mod or what expansion mod it is and i cant find the file do you maybe know what mod does the rep so i can change it

First thing I caught my attention was is how they said that if you open and you're running the bundle pack and the daisy expansion everything with it that this is already set up for you and you don't have to do nothing but if you run any other mods and then they named an expansion mod and then they named like snafu weapons that you have to add all those in yourself but when I opened up mine mind you this video is 2 years old now when you open up that file there's butt kiss inside of it. That's way too much work to have to set up something that doesn't even give you a template the

Edit. this is because the mod makers. dont need to give 2 **** about how every single server sets up there types folder. you need to set up how YOU want it to be... the man cant read your mind... how many other mods you have? this **** needs to be added. no easy button like children of 2024 .. we are ***** adults, you have iq to come here watch a video leave a comment, you seem to have basic modding knowledge, so set up your server . not every server is the same... if you are modding you need to learn this ****. or step away..every mod comes wtih the types ect template you just need to copy and paste the ***** read the read me files.... and read ALL of the set up info devs include in the workshop front. this ***** is very basic. after learning for about a week i have my **** set up... every mod has instructions for BASIC SET UP
Market settings does not exist and the traders are not spawning and the expansion cars too what can i do??

Hello I have issues I now have no Loot or Zombies in my server since adding this mod in please can you advise
this mod is for new servers. why would you add something to an existing server that is this much of a change? that is the very reason you get no spawns
My question is I've got the files but the market the actual people and objects don't spawn so there is nothing to walk up to too interact with, how do i get the objects and the npc objects to spawn in?
exact same problem for me, icons show up but no npcs there..any fix?

so looking for some help. Just finished installing the expansion market and all that. All of the traders and everything is where theyre supposed to be but the only traders that are actually working are the green mountain traders. All the other traders on the map when i go to interact, the option to trade comes up but when i hit F on the keyboard to trade, the trading screen doesnt open up. Im new to this whole server thing and i could really use some help
I can't figure out how to turn off the editor when I'm done it keeps launching my server with the editor open and it's unplayable like this please help looked at tons of videos and the steam workshop pages and nobody talks about how to turn it off the just assum you know :(
Hi mate, thanks for the video, it helped immensely when i was starting up my server. Is there a way that traderconfig files from the old trader format (eg. SNAFUKivaari_Black_GUN, W, 200000, 130000 *) can be converted into expansion trader easily, or is it a matter of going through and adding each item from SNAFU separately by hand?
There is a feature within expansion market to transfer your Dr Jones trader files to expansion
Hello, thanks for the video. I looked both about this mod! I wasn't able to set the gold correctly. I have 2 currencies. Rubles and gold. Rubles is the main currency on the server. Gold will only spawn and be of special value. Gold can only buy super expensive and rare items. The problem is this! The mod also has a banking system. When I withdraw money from the account, the locker gives out gold too. It is necessary to make sure that the gold is not issued, ever. Even the administration of the mod could not help. Is there a banking file in the mod? Or how can this problem be solved?
As for the currency exchange, I was able to make sure that gold was not bought, but only sold!

I installed the expansion market, like all the other parts of the expansion pack and the trader did not spawn, at first I thought it was because I already had another trader mod, deleted it and still nothing.. do you have a discord or so u can help me via?

hello i cant get the Currency to work ive sold some item at the traders and got told i got X amount of Rubles but my currentcy shows 0 still can you help
I set the value for the initial stock to 75 but the vendors are still out of stock.. using the megaladon update. Any Ideas How To Fix This?
How do we add items from other weapon mods to traders, ??? don't see a file to add files to???? do you mean we have to enter every single item by hand ?

I do get and I do understand you guys don't have the time to make one for every map it would be helpful to have a video with a raw download link tutorial on how to do changes to fit it to your map like a file that you would be able to go in on DayZ offline and editor mode Deyz editor. That you would all the placements for each every traitor and all their items and stuff so therefore all you would have to do is import the file the right-hand side select select all and then drag-and-drop it somewhere else on the map and adjust it to fit. You don't offer something like this. I'm only pointing this out because there are people that are struggling to figure out your new settings and stuff and I've never placed any traitors on any Maps ever call this is to them as a foreign language and then you have such a huge category to read and I spent a whole day going over everything and I still do not have a clue on how to do this makes me not want to come anywhere near this mod because you don't have it pre-made and you don't have an easily tutorial setup to explain how to place it on the map and change everything I mean you do but you don't I don't think you get what I'm saying and if you don't I'm sorry
Cool rant. I’m not a member of the Expansion dev team so I can’t make them provide default trade zones for every map.
