Hello there, welcome to my first Beth Greene Tribute. I bet nobody expected me to make this, but here we finally are! I've been wanting to make an edit for Beth for so many years now, but I never really knew how to do it. And since I'm making more tributes for less popular characters these days, I thought I should just go for it. During seasons 4 and 5 Beth was actually one of my favourite characters, and it was very sad to see her go in season 5 episode 8 'Coda'. It was very nice to see her come back a couple times in the later episodes. And I think we actually got an Emily Kinney reference with Beta singing one of her songs in season 10.

That's actually a great point to bring up. It's quite sad to think that Beth may have never been mentioned to Judith, while Judith would have never made it without Beth. Thanks for the compliment ^^

I mean I think Beth should've at least gotten to Alexandria, maybe she could've been shot by Arat instead of Olivia further adding to Maggie's hate towards Negan. Maybe she could've been captured at the sanctuary, been put in the box like Sasha was and attack Negan on release only to be shot during the scuffle. Or maybe they should've done something good with the Grady Memorial Plot, making Dawn an actual antagonist instead of just a cowardly woman with no control.

I really wish we could have got more Daryl and Beth. It would be nice to see him think of when Beth said “you’re gonna be the last man standing” or something as a scene

he just opened up to her, with carol he didn't have to open up she just understood what he felt without him needing to speak

Her death was stupid, she didn’t have to die. What was the point of having them risk themselves to find her if she was just going to die? She was the group’s humanity.

Scott Gimple did her character dirty by killing her off. Making the ENTIRETY of the hospital arc pointless. Just when she started to get interesting he killed her off.
Not that it’s the only case under his supervision. Tyrese, Carl, Denise, and Sasha had pretty underwhelming deaths.
Agreed. Same thing with Carl except with Beth she had just gotten interesting
Tyreese had one of the best death scenes ever in my opinion, other than that I agree.

I agree about carl's death and sasha's death made no sense at all but I feel like tyreese and denise make the threats of the apocalypse more real, that at any time the unexpected can happen.
@@majorsquidgaming6965 well my problem with Tyrese was that his character writing went downhill pretty fast in season 5. And the episode where he died felt like the writers couldn’t think of what to do with his character.
The fix I woulda done is to have him take Denise’s death. Which would make more sense than having a C list character take comic Abraham’s death.
Denise was even worse as she became unbearable in S6 E14. Her constant lecturing and the fact Daryl and Rosita actually let her go outside really bothered me.
The fix I woulda done is to really jus give her comic death.

I think some people like Beth because she’s more relatable than the other characters. Most of the viewers are young, around her age in the show so everything she goes through as a kid in this world, we take it harder because that’d be us. Also, not everyone would just change after something so big, it takes time, just like Carol. If she hadn’t died at that moment, she would have made such an amazing character that many young teens and kids could understand and relate to and maybe grow to love if they didn’t before.
Most people didn't like her but she was one of my favorite characters

Thank You for making Beth tribute she was one of my favorite characters, her death was such a stupid move of twd I miss her so much. I thought that she grew from a scared girl into a fierce young woman. this song really goes well with this tribute. if she was still in twd in season 10 she would have become a badass
Honestly she wasn't a good character yet, but the problem with her death scene was that she had the most Potential out of them all with Carl. And indirectly she is still a child there when the Apocalypse started, so what exactly do they expect from her, but she was changing especially with having Daryl on her side, Maggie as a Sister and Grimes taking care of her as a Father for Hershel. Nothing would have gone wrong with her

Loved this - 'Still' is one of my all time fave episodes (i know a lot of people hate it 😢) to me its like an actual film , Beth and Daryl are constantly on the run and the walkers are very much still a huge threat ....... awesome vid 💖
Yeah it's a shame that that episode gets so much hate, it may not have been the most tense episode, but it had a lot of character development.
I miss Beth. Her and Daryl was a great ship, sucks they didn't do anything with that. Haven't shipped anyone really since those days.

Beth is one of the only deaths to make me cry in TWD. I think it was when Maggie saw Daryl carrying her lifeless body outside - that absolutely killed me.

I just watched the episode where she died and at this point she was and probably is going to be my favourite character, I feel like she had such good character development from season 2-5 especially in 5 and then they killed her off like it was nothing, needless to say I did cry when she got shot😪

Beth Greene deserved better than what she got. The writers really killed her off simply for cheap shock value instead of actually giving her a real arc with any payoff.

Omg Beth is my favourite character, not just in the Walking Dead, but literally any piece of media/entertainment, still to this day so many of her scenes give me chills and her death is guaranteed to make me cry whenever I see it. Thank you for this Kekker, it was beautiful!
