You saved the day brother the gennie shut off During a party I didn't have the extra plug so I took the black and white wire hooked um like you said you did save the party Thank you
I got the 2000 a few months ago,did the break in time, changed the oil and upgraded the plug and installed a fuel filter. Runs smooth, powered a window ac,dorm fridge and lights for 12 hours on a tank of gas, they seem like nice units.
I have this generator. It's awesome for keeping the refrigerator cool, while staying warm with a heater. It even powers my entire camper without issues. It's perfect, in case a tornado or blizzard rips through my neighborhood.
@ Yeah I know! Anytime I want to use a microwave, I unplug the fridge or heater so it doesn’t trip. My microwave also has a fail safe mode, where it doesn’t turn on the transformer if the circuit is overloaded.
I seriously question that NOTICE that warns Shut off under load damages generator. Does this mean that running out of gas or CO Sensor doing what it is designed to do can damage the generator?
@@gottagift yeah I ran my old one out of gas everyday for over a year and the only issue was the o2 sensor. It knew I had the 2 year warranty. The one in the video was my warranty replacement but the old one ran fine when I brought it back

In such cases its likely fine. They just dont want you doing it habitually.
