These cells had very different values of capacity which makes them quite unsuitable for using for high discharging like room cooler with baleno motor etc. As it was demand of customer to use his cells, so I made it after matching capacities. Answering to ur question, this battery can safely give a discharge of 4-6 amperes per hour, above which this battery will degrade soon.

I disagree with your findings. Every manufacturer give charge rating as well as discharge ratings thus your formula doesnot fitin every situation.

By the way, i always try to use cells with slight capacity difference so that all the strings do not disbalance soon.
