I don't bother because i read the menu exposed outside, but this evening in Don Pepe i noted 2 germans with connection problems on phone and a little nervous about that menu thing.

Hi Bev, loved this blog, gave me a real insight into corralejo. We were due to holiday on 15 July, holiday sadly cancelled. Rebooked Atlantic gardens for 2021 with our 17 & 19 year olds. Generally would there be any bars open past 12 midnight? What do you think of Atlantic gardens? Many thanks.
Hi Karen - there are several bars staying open late - quite a few on the seafront, around music square, & Calle Iglesia and several in the back streets - music bars etc. El Piano de Cola is open till 2am for example on Calle Lepanto and many others till 1am - watch latest video for more info - th-cam.com/video/OW9ucNwC6uw/w-d-xo.html - Sorry I do not know much about the hotels, as I live here, so never really visit them - check out Trip Advisor maybe? or ask on one of the forums
Thanks for the videos, they are very handy as I am due to go to the Barcelo Corralejo Bay on 19th August. Do all the bars and restaurants in the area accept pre paid travel money cards instead of using cash?
Basics with Bev - normally I would just use cash on holiday but with Covid 19 still in circulation with British people (more so than the locals there), the less I handle cash the better, as it means less of a risk of transmittion of the virus.

I can’t think of a reason not to come here as long as you are happy to fly. Most things are back open now. Bars stay open till late and there are some great live music places that stay open really late.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed be can go in three weeks. The news coming out of Spain is that’s the borders could be closed. I don’t know what that means for Canary Islands.
The island is currently keeping to its own rules on wearing masks and there is no planned shutdown here. We have had zero deaths here and very low number of cases. Personally, I feel very safe living here.
Brill videos first time I've posted a comment but you really do give me a great idea of yhis beautiful island at the moment. Been coming for years sadly not this one we were due to fly August 8th and dtsy in corralejo at Las Marismas which is vertically our 2nd home 🏡 but made a selfless decision to cancel snd move our holiday yo next year due to my boys being 10 and 13 both asthmatic and hubby too...... need them to get used to the whoke mask wearing first. Take care and f9r these abd taking your time to share them with us all 😊 Kirsty

I would imagine so. But personally, in bars I pay cash, and restaurants I use card.
