Lekin company HR bol rahe he jab tak job chodte nahi tab tak experience certificate de nahi sakte.
To dusra kya option he experience certificate milne ke liye

If you are asking about experience certificate, only once you leave the job you can get it in any office. I dont think there is a way to get it unless office wish to give.
