It depends on where this MAVs appears. Without debuging you will don't understand what's a problem
Recking Raptor yeah, that error is really very annoying, like, you are on Keter passing through heavy containment zone, amd the game crash with Memory Acess Violation
That is the damn Blitz 3D engine, this engine is pretty bad and outdated :P
well atleast they could fix some errors that do this stupid crash ^^ like when you open a monitor and the game crash (they fixed it on 0.5 i think), man that was so annoying, on that version entering big rooms makes the game crash
Well, you know... actually even on unity if coding is bad the game will be buggy

I'm surprised you forgot some of the removed content:
SCP-689
SCP-650 (Was planned but the development ceased)
SCP-689 Containment Chamber
Medical Bay (Medibay) old map (Can still be found as textures in older versions and a model from BoH mod)
Conference Room
SCP-1074 (It still counted as removed)
Unused ending dialogues
Reasons:
SCP-689 - Instantly kill the player when eye contact. Too OP.
SCP-650 - No reasons. The creator of the model stopped and never came back to the forum.
SCP-1074 - Worst thing to be ever implemented.
Medibay - There's only a first aid kit and nothing except a zombie...
Others - Unknown
He didn't forgot them. He didn't included them because everyone know that they are unused.
I think the Medical Bay should've been a tiny section. Maybe you can see other Class D's in isolated chambers, being studied from the effects of multiple SCP's. It could open up a possibility for new items, like a newer gas mask (Which is harder to find) that works the same, but lets you see.

Right now, there's pretty much no downside to letting him out. It's just a free pill.
If you made him an active entity that can be encountered randomly, maybe moves at 049 speed but attacks like a zombie, or maybe even give him a gun, that would be much more balanced.
On top of that, his 'corpse' event could be a result of the MTF running into and terminating him.

4:17 looks like they dropped the texture onto the hazmat suit as a place holder for the actual model
SCP-1449 (Old) was actually a re-texture of the hazmat suit in SCP-008 I think.
SCP-513 is added to SCP Containment breach, but if you ring the bell in SCP:CB v0.1 it summons SCP-513-1. But it was removed to the new version, the reason is unknown because the developers deleted the SCP-513-1 model. An also the guards that escorts have transparent yellow face shield. And the SCP-205 room is named SCP-1123 it's the early room so it's the same like SCP-1123's room, and they changed SCP-205's room. The chaos insurgency model and the MTF model is wearing a Beta-7 uniform and the old MTF armor, and also they wear a gas mask, the reason is unknown why they didn't use it in-game. And their might be some changes to the old texture and the new texture to the new version or the old one.

*I KNOW THIS VIDEO IS OLD, BUT I'LL JUST SAY MY OPINIONS ON THE UNUSED THINGS-* I liked the old SCP-205 chamber, it was very creative and strange, and that's fitting for it. The removed SCPs however are a little bit strange. Like SCP-689 and such. Overall it's all nice.. Even 689's chamber and such.
The only interesting removed thing I know so far is that scp that looks like a goblin sitting on a throne (forgot the number of it)

My friend had once told me that there was going to be a flashlight in SCP: CB. He said it was never used because the developers thought it was quite cliche to have a flashlight in a horror game. So instead they included Night Vision.
You are a bit wrong. Flashlight was planned in SCP CB since first versions, but Regalis (creator of the game) didn't know how to do it

I distinctly remember n Scp that was a solid black karate man that slowly creeped agter the player in a combat stance while sporting a wide contrasting white smile and eyes. Something about him being an earlier version of Radical Larry.
They do have the face under the visor still though, You can noclip or crouch and you'll see some.

I actually got to play one of the earliest alpha builds of the game, like, maybe even the first, released to the public, back in the day.
It was highly unreliable (like, even more than now), the D-class weren't animated when moving and most of the rooms that are there now didn't exist yet, only corridors and a few supply rooms.

I have a old laptop that runs SCP Containment Breach around 27 max, average 20 FPS, and low 15. Never got a memory access violations on it, or any broken scripts unless using commands. The laptop literally takes over a half a minute to load a single page on any web browser. Only got 1 natural error I can recall. It’s very strange.
maybe the class d that was going to be removed from his cell was the one in the femur breaker in 106's containment area? just a hunch. :|

i think the figure at the door was scp 303 so it 303 almost made it into the game before being removed maybe he would stand at doors ways a block your path meaning you had to find another route and he might first appear in the entrance zone
