I studied in University. I had a drawing of some spindle of machine which actually exists, my task was to explain how to assemble/disassemble this spindle. So I made this video using the drawing.
It was 6 years ago. Now I don't remember anything about this video :)
I think it was very strong drilling or lathe machine.

Thank you for the video, which software did you use to make it?

Need labelling of each & every parts . Also require function of each parts if possible

5 bearings is wildly overconstrained. If you need to handle more load, get bigger bearings. This spindle would destroy itself in a hurry.

You can put "Spindle bearings schemes" in the google pictures and be extremely suprised.

I'm in the process of building my own milling machine and I have to come up with a design for my spindle and after watching this video it just occurred to me why don't I add extra bearings to increase rigidity? Anyways I hope this helps because rigidity is my primary concern.

Be careful with overconstraint. Incorrect bearing configuration will probably make things worse.

Just use tapered roller bearings and you're good to go. Shouldn't be any more expensive than using 3 or 4 ball bearings (assuming you wanted to use those)

If want to know some tricks about the setting of the bearing of spindle I can explain

@@MrCoraio I plan to make a low load very high rpm spindle. I am new to this, few point I need help is:
What should be dimension of the bore for bearing ( let's say 7001 angular contact bearing )
How to find correct preload and how to apply it?
I guess matched pair are already preloaded!!?
      Thanks for your response.

@@Amit-sp4qm so, about the bore I think must to be near 0mm,7001 it's very small. About the preload you must tu find some couple already preloaded. If you need to have more distance from single bearing you can make 2 distancial :internal, esternal (have the same thickness).

What is the spindle for, Why has it three bearings in the front, look too much for me.

It's really difficult to remember. As far as I remember it was a drawing of some turning machine. I guess they needed additional rigidity at the end of the spindle.

It's triplex-tandem, one of the standard schemes for lathe spindles, 2 angular contact bearing receives axial forces inside spindle (when drilling for example) and one ac-bearing outside.
