R10 million. It is always mind boggling how far the rand can go in Joburg/ Gauteng vs the Western Cape.
You can just never but never in the Western Cape get this for R10 million. It would at least go for R20 million.
For R10 million you will surely get something very old that clearly needs an entire overhaul or something that's a cookie cutter house. Copy ans paste and lower quality finished.

Would really benefit you to invest in better camera hardware,these lowlight videos are really poor quality and makes no sense to be showing off such expensive homes in below par quality videos

My personal passion for these can only take me so far before limitations (ie materials, editing, audio etc) stop me from growing these videos/channel to the next level of quality.
