He should be ashamed of the condominiums' designs. They are unlivable. The living room in the 3 bedroom unit looks a corridor than a living space. It's all doors. The difference is visible when compared with the first 2 or 3 sites managed by GTZ.

We designed, supervised the first projects, prepared a manual gave training and left 15 years ago. What is done later is the responsibility of who designed them. However condominiums gave solution to chronic housing problem and created a lot of jobs. I am very pleased to have contributed to the effort
