I agree. At least to a certain extent at different times and seasons in life. Since they raise up other fivefold people, how can they raise up and train them if they have not at least experienced them to a certain degree? So some apostles may have strengths in different areas, but absolutely I believe the capability is there to operate in all the ministry gifts at certain times.
Amen, woman of God. Our Apostle puts it this way, regarding the 5-fold ministry: If you look at a hand, visualize the Apostle as the thumb. If the other fingers represent the other offices, the thumb can easily touch all of them.

I have had three experiences. 1. I lived in Mojave Ca. I was lifting weights went in the kitchen when my head turned by my itself to the right upwards I saw what looked like a man angel spirit landing on me like a bird landing. He slipped in my I felt him rolls my back skin upwards to the back of my hair roll upwards every hair stood up then i felt nothing. 2. I was in a dream there were few of us and we were called to pray I told a friend he refused I laid on the ground prayed in tongues, i felt my body electricity all over my body. It seem a long time after I got up I was the only one out of all that were there. 3. I was in the field cleaning when I felt the electricity again this time I heard words I am giving you the 5 contracts from victory outreach in Compton Ca. I said why I'm no contractor He got mad than said I am giving it to you. (I just saw blue light) Does that mean I still have it and I no longer live in Compton Ca. I live now in Bakersfield Ca. Can I use those 5 contracts here.

Nope. That's actually not what most of us believe at all. We do not believe He will solve our problems. If He fixes it for us, but we do not learn the lesson, we will soon make the same mistakes. Rather, we believe he will align our steps so that we have the opportunity to make choices that empower, educate, and stretch us. Many times a miracle is simply an opportunity to make a choice that changes your life.
Repent and God for forgiveness so that he will have mercy on you and that he will enlighten you as to who he is and that you will experience him so that you will know that he is real
