RESEP MEMBUAT BOLA BOLA UBI CRISPY
Bahan ;
600 gram ubi jalar
2 sdm tepung tapioka
sedikit garam
coklat untuk isian ( saya menggunakan meses ceres)
tepung panir
tepung terigu untuk pencelup
minyak untuk menggoreng
