- Today I uncover 10 underrated training methods in OSRS. Some of these methods give the best xp/hr for certain skills but are uncommonly used by players.

Rogues Chests are insane money and exp when uninterrupted. But escape when alone is almost impossible because as soon as one person tags you with a freeze 5 other people instalog with Crossbows. Roving PK clans use the rogues chests to train their newer players in quick world hopping and targeting in multi.
There are some clan chats that do safe rogues chests, where they lure and dragon spear spec all the rogues into the corner building and then have rotating PKers protect the people thieving. So long as you're unlocking the chest by the time someone opens it everyone can get the loot and exp.
Not gonna out the cc I used to get the last few Thieving levels bc I think it's invite only, but the rates for not even having to recharge prayer compared to getting pked every 5 minutes was incredible.

If you keep your hit points low, and then suicide when you see a pker log in your items will go to a gravestone
I've always neglected hunting and fishing until I wanted to get base 85 stats and found out about drift net fishing. Made it way more tolerable to train those stats up but now that rumours are a thing, I enjoy training hunter, surprisingly.
It's funny half the comments are calling drift net fucking painful to do and then the other half is like this

Yeah like the vids as usual, but idc how many OsRs youtubers I see promote it, I'm not effin doing Wildy Agility.
I went last night for 20 laps.. got pk'd.. regeared.. went back, 23 laps got a lucky entangle, logged out and got minus 25 lap streak.. got claw spec'd on lap 18 and died.. never going back lol

I tried drift net fishing and it was the least enjoyable content I've ever done in the game. It falls in an uncanny valley where it doesn't require enough attention to be engaging, but it's not afk enough to do other things while doing it like watch videos. I would honestly rather do agility courses over it because that at least falls into the latter category.

Drift net fishing is so underrated! I almost never talk to people who use this method.
I'm already 92 fishing and 93 hunter, but may try it out for a bit. Always fun to try new methods
@@matthewfera2954 it’s a great method man. I really enjoy it. Just something awesome about seeing good xp rates in two different skills at the same time. Feels so efficient without having to 2/3tick

I love how theres usually a big negative he leaves out til the very last sentence haha. I was half way through googling that first method like woah why does no one mention this im gonna go do it then he said it costs over 300k per hour and i was like nevermind absolutely not haha. Somehow manages to make fishing and hunting massive money losses rather than money gains like they usually are.

Drift net fishing isnt underrated. Its just expensive, and click intensive which always makes a skill less used. Afk fish or get arthritis while spending your cash stack? Birdhouses and rumours are a thing too.
Im gonna guess wildy agility is gonna be called "underrated" as well, when that's obviously not the reason its not popular either

You won't be able to use entangles or protect prayers which is kinda sad but that's not a big deal - at level 3 you're also targetable by less players :)
