Dal Gosht or Daal Gosht - is one of the very
popular Mutton Recipes in Pakistan and India. It is
basically a mutton simmered with spices, nmixture
of toor dal and masoor dal, orjust any either of
them. Whereas, dalchaa is mutton simmered with
spices and chana dal (split bengal gram dal) with
slight different method. Be it a Dal Gosht recipe or
a Dalchaa, this is very frequent menu from my
kitchen. And not just myself, but my family is a
huge - huge fan of this irresistible mutton
delicacy.
INGREDIENTS:-
1 Kg Buffalo Mutton ( Bade Ka Gosht)
100 Gr Yellow Lentil ( Chana Dal )
3 Tomatoes
1 Onion
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
100 Gr Curd
2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Garam MasalaMasala Powder
100 Gr Oil
1 Handful Coriander Leaves
