@@elizabethread5207 Bad bacteria comes with the residue of eating, especially sugars. If you brush after eating your mouth has its natural bioma which is absolutely fine
@@vetou20 make sure you wait 30 mins after eating to brush though. Also, brushing after every meal?? That’s bad for your teeth enamel. It’s thanks to your genetics you haven’t had cavities
