I appreciate your person to person tournament videos. I see so many pixelborn which isn't the reality of real life tournaments. One more thing. Make sure people pile shuffle. The appointment had all the Merfolk in his discard pile. Which ended up being near each other when drawing. That's how he played three so quick. That should be a rule.
Funnily enough, I hate when people pile shuffle. What you don't see off camera is him pile shuffling before the match, which argument could be made is why he had the 3 merfolk opener. Pile shuffling is not sufficient randomization and generally a waste of time. There's many studies on it across multiple games that a quick google search can prove there is no benefit to it and its calculated.
@drizzietcg wow, I usually go 6 across and 3 rows down in random piles. That's some good luck for him to get that many. I can't get my cards apart enough to shuffle in hand. They shuffle to close together. I've been getting better to bridge shuffle, which is great. That's crazy though. I guess it can happen.
I saw the triple merfolk and checked the video time and my jaw dropped then i saw ur enchanted mauis and it dropped further :D love the videos!
Haha, thanks for the support! Definitely the fastest game I’ve ever played 😅

Ooooof. Sorry about that, they had a super aggro hand. To be fair that is R/S’s hardest matchup in my opinion.
Totally right, I don’t super tech for it because i’m fine losing to it. Still went 3-1 in this tournament and got prizing so no issue ☺️
Triple cursed merfolk is a crazy opener
@@KrisPBaconnn gg we go next
Ahhhhhhh I see. Lol
Not much you can do going against an opening hand like that
This indicates a flaw in the game tbh. It shouldn't be this easy and random for someone to win, based purely on luck of the draw.
Win ✅ Fun ❌
