Short answer to your question about the difference between Missiles vs Rockets.
Rockets are not self guided, and you typically fire them at stationary targets because once they are aimed and fired, that’s it.
Missiles on the other hand are self guided, and they can change direction after they are fired and are effective against moving targets.
Thanks for the info! This is definitely something I should have known. It just takes reviewing little plastic people with preposterous weaponry to make me think about it.
Hey Dave like the figure review I noticed the paint apps on the back of the figure but the backpack covers it which Hasbro maybe should've put the paint apps on the back attachment, Needless to say I'll have add the paint my self
Good point - as nice as that detail looks, it would look even better somewhere we could see it!
I’m disappointed that the large rockets don’t fit. 🤦🏽 that’s a major oversight on Hasbro’s part. Blast effects are a nice option, but I don’t use them. I display my figures in a parade rest formation. Still, Metal Head looks great and hopefully, a third party customizer will cast rockets that fit better.
I think it was a conscious decision, but it was a weird one. I'll be looking for third party solutions. I love the blast effects, but I won't display him that way.
I think hasbro dropped the ball on this one!!! I like the vintage one better. Because this new back reminds me of dr octopus...
I like this one as an update. Sometimes I want my Classified looking OG, but for some I do prefer a little modernization.
And of course there's always our new battle cry - "They'll fix it for the Retro release!" 😂

Nice review. I am so looking forward to this figure (grew up on the 90s Joes) . The missile situation is mildly disappointing. But I can buy the hidden missile theory so it doesn't ruin the figure. Love the cyber detailing on the back.

I'm okay with the missiles, but if Gridiron or someone else produce alternatives I'll probably bite. The missiles look awesome being fired, but I don't know that that's how I want him displayed.
Overall this is an amazing figure and another big hit for Classified.
