The right to earn a living is a natural right. Would that apply to state issued licenses like being a doctor or nurse across state lines? It applies to drivers licenses and marriage, why not Doctors?
If right isn't listed. Natural Rights ? From God OR Nature? Supernatural-Biblical Rights based on religious faith or Natural Rights based on Philosophy Reason? Was Madison a Prophet of Yahweh-Jesus-Allah?
