I farmed nonstop last bingo, got to farming 30, top 1% for both farming quests, had over 400 librarian visits, didn't drop a single dedication 4 book. :(
"early game" and "around 1000 fortune" is not only disingenuous, its flat out bullshit. 1k fortune is late mid game at best. the amount of coin it takes to get to 1k farming fortune is astronomical for a new player.
Hey early game player here (almost mid) I made a good amount of coins by grinding those blocks in the end as he said BUT get a dragon sack because it holds it all for you and if you save the endermite gel to like 500-700 you get like almost 2m coins also try and switch lobbies and wait for a drag to spawn because if you get like 6 crystal frags they sell for almost 6m (this is all from my experience)
The making routes is kinda dead becuase of the dillo nerf but finding structures can also net you coins so. The Gdrag spot is like 3m per egg still available. Fairy grottos can range from 6m to 25m depending on size and location magma fields go for more because mining with a bal is better than mining witha scatha.
Most slayers have 1 really good extremely rare expensive drop (overflux capacitor, warden heart, judgement core), blaze slayer has a lot of common expensive drops making it so you get atleast one good drop every few bosses
I first started farming some coins to make me a golden shovel and farm sand with efficiency III until I got a full inventory of sand and mining level 10, then I sold the sand to an npc and do slayer quests like the zombie slayer quest 1 and 2 until I got to level 7 and got 300k coins, I bought a glacite armor and raiders axe with max enchantments and head to the deep caverns to get heart of the mountain 1 to go to the dwarven mines, when I got to the dwarven mines I head straight to the glacite mobs and kill them until I got 1M worth of jewels and sold them on bazar, bough an aurora staff and farmed treasure hoarders until I got young ender armor to then farm dungeons and sell dungeon items for cheap prices so I get money and won 10M of that from lucky drops and armor, reached combat level 22 and bough a hollow armor with an Aotd with max enchants and farm dungeon floors and treasure hoarders to get an aurora armor.
There a bingo goal to break 250k wood with your fist. It might be a hint to tell that the foraging update might come soon like right after bingo event end or maybe this spring.

I think the biggest issue with skyblock is that there are very few viable mmm that can even compare to mining in midgame which causes the game to stagnate significantly as you enter a phase where the only way to progress efficiently is to grind mining and doing anything else is a massive waste of time by comparison. I could mine with a mid tier setup and make like 15m/h or i could do literally any other skill at the highest possible level and make less or equal to that. The devs should have ripped the bandaid off immediately and nerfed the shit out of gemstones to keep mining in line with other skills. If that was the case then 10m/h would be considered a very substantial amount of money and inflation would be much less of an issue. But they let the bandaid sit for too long and now they cant change anything meaningful without imploding the economy. This upcoming mining update feels like sticky tape over a gunshot wound.
It's not all end lobbies, some are bugged and won't have nodes or they won't have particles, just lobby hop to spider den and back and you should find em no problem

then dump it all into cookies
I recommend grinding for Engineering skill and Lawyering skill in mid-game.

A good middle game money making method is actually getting verified for dungeon servers and carrying :) around 15-35m a hour
