I was going to get these fins but none of the shops near me has them in stock to try on. I normally wear a UK 7 or EU41 5mm booties and I am between sizes Small v Regular. Do you know if the pockets of these big?
I had a pair of Size Small, and I was wearing UK Size 5 3mm booties and they fit well. I think a Regular would fit you better, especially if they are thicker soled booties.
I have the Avanti Tree full foot fin quite inferior to the Quattro + model, and those are of better quality than most other Open heel fins. it's a fact that Scubapro and Aqualung also Dive Rite have marvelous products with remarckable quality, but Mares is a good compromise between quality and price, the same I can't say about regulators, I have the standard, cheap Mares 2RS, and i think that the Aqualung Calypso with almost the same price range is superior.
Well said 👏 We see these Avanti Quattro + fins often on dive guides or instructors, and I think it's because they are a classic fin, and as you say great quality for great price. Which when you're diving everyday, is what you need!

These were fins when I did my divemaster training back in the day & they served me so well. I can understand why they're your favorite.
