I must admire the way you set out to do an engine-less trip of that magnitude. While I was watching joining the pattern and eventually on final to land I kept pulling back on the stick, thinking you were sinking to fast…then I applied power that I didn’t have, but you made it look so so so easy, well done..
Thanks Andy. Elevator controls speed, airbrake controls descent rate. I always aim for an overshoot position then with about half airbrake, settle into the correct glide path. Closing the airbrake is akin to opening the throttle, only difference is we dont have a go round option 😂
ok, that makes perfect sence now......I will watch this a few time to get my head around the track noiw that I understand the basics
