*EDIT* Amazon made some changes (they're always making changes, sometimes it hard to stay on top of it all). The changes are regarding seller messaging. You can still send a message to your customers using third-party software within 30 days of the customer order. You are limited on what you can say (recall I mentioned that the customers are Amazon's customers). You're allowed to ask for a review ONCE. You cannot send them order updates for shipping/confirmation. You cannot send marketing messages. So It's still worth setting up your automated follow-up series just to request a review. Hey Tatiana, great video! Off topic, but something reminded me of you today at work. I'm working at a call center since March 1st to create cashflow for my Amazon business. There are people who work there for over 10+years and all they do is complain about how much they hate their jobs. It was shocking, because I just got into university and have never seen the "work world." All I know is highschool and University. Now that I've seen this reality, every time they complain I become motivated to not end up like that and have financial freedom. Today I thought of you because of this and I was very grateful!

When we set up the automated emails so that we can also respond to the customer do we see the customers email now so that we could take a copy and then email them from our online business outside of Amazon? My 2nd question is with the inserts that we put in our packages I k ow we can't your our websites for our shops but if we have an Instagram page or a fb group set up can we put those in and it won't break any rules? Hey! No you don’t get to see the email. So building an email list requires you to collect their email outside of Amazon seller central. Yes you can put your social sites on your inserts.

Thank you! I think it might be a hyper-competitive niche with lots of recognized brand names. However, there may be an opporunity there if you play your cards right. I wouldn't recommend starting with that as a beginner though.

Amazon had only let 1 review stay on my product, I just don't understand why they aren't letting them through I don't incentivise anyone to review. I've had co workers but and review family and friends and they've all left reviews but none have gone thru, I did have at least 20 of them but they've only let one stay up
I think you should be a little cleaer about Sifted fees. They require monthly subscriptions for the level of service that you described as free unless they find monies to recover. I learned this is not the case.

Hi Mohammad, I don't do coaching/consulting at this time. But you don't need to pick up and move to another country. Just set up a company in an approved country.
