i mean, you can if you want, but you literally nerf half your damage not having vera on your team.
the roll of a tank is to defence shred enemies, and vera is several times stronger than lux when it comes to raw damage on top of that

@@iDeLeo007 If you don't have garnet like i do, Chrome Arclight is a good alternative with 21 feral and CW it gets the jobs done.
