This is clearly mentioned in the video by Rahul sir that the aspect of Jupiter on the second house makes you a good predictor irrespective of the fact that how good you are in astrology as a subject. Sir My Jupiter (as per traditional system )is posited in 2nd house and its aspect goes to 6th and 10th. It means my Job career should be fantastic. But unfortunately, it is not at all like that. If I consider the chart on a cusp basis my Jupiter comes to 1st house and in that case I get some effective results of 1-5-9 trikon houses.
Shri K N Rao is also Libra acendent and Jupiter is seating in Cancer 10th House so if Jupiter is in ucch house than tridhya house will nullify and someone can become good astrologer.

Use degrees if you want to check it, i do it sometimes that i take aspect from one house former or before if degrees are less
