What are your predictions for home appreciation in Clermont, specially those from Pulte that are built right at the end of Sawgrass where there will be a connector road into Flemings in Winter Garden? Do you think those houses will have a good appreciation once the road is open? Thanks!
When the road opens, Winter Garden will become even more accessible. With easy access, that area will become even more desirable. With more desirability comes more buyer demand and with more buyer demand comes better appreciation. So I do believe that area will see greater appreciation once the road opens. :)
