Hey Bert, you have a good eye spotting the frame being off an inch or so, I was an auto body frame man before we had laser guided measuring systems and depended on a string, level and a good eye. Good to see you back on your horse making videos. Stay safe and warm Bud.
Bert you know if you are gonna make a video - i am gonna watch it!! You are one of the most honest "conservationist" i have seen. You walk the walk brother. Plus you have a brilliant mechanical mind. Great combination of talents!!
Toyota Highlander Scrapper - Going to the yard tomorrow for a new $$$ update - ALSO - Gonna keep trackj of how many items I find in a Year - So far I have 2 AC units - 0 microwaves - 0 vacuums !!!
Are those special welding crocs? Great video thanks! I have a 95 hardbody that needs a patch near the forward leaf spring mount which is welded to the frame-it looks a little tricky
We had that 60 degree day too.. dang it was NICE!! Today it’s 28… lol.. Mother Nature is a moody Bit**… But my fiancé bought me a Lincoln welder for Christmas.. I haven’t had to weld anything for 30 years.. The Lincoln sure makes it easy on a rookie I’ll say.. Now I’m just looking for anything that needs welding!! I started taking to floor off my lawn mower trailer, and the easiest way I seen to do it was cut the back lip off, replace the wood, then weld the lip back on.. we’ve got a couple good days coming up next week that are supposed to be in the 50’s and 60’s.. So like you said.. “Get those projects done”. Mowing season is just ahead..
@@ScrapFarm you’ll get them. Unfortunately, prices are gonna have to go up this season. I hate to do it, but can’t make any money doing yards for free. I may lose a few, but it is what it is.
@@bladesofglorylawnmaintenan6354 Yeah I'm a one man band. So even if I get 60 bucks for a 20 minute job it is what it is... I don't have a lot overhead
Another good video enjoyed it. You all definitely stay warm up there, even down here in southeast Tennessee it's 39 degrees but Sunny no snow thank goodness, you all have a good one.
Take the bed off and strengthen the whole chassis you never stop bert it will be fruit season soon you work well you have a eye for detail and bargains pass on your knowledge to scrappity ✌✌🇬🇧
Gotta love Bondo. Not. I think Snow White drifted a while ago. We got the same weather here in CT. One day 50s. Next day, back into the 20s with the dirty white s-word. Welcome to friggin' New England, except Bert's in Jersey.

For all the Doctoring your gonna do to her I'm gonna call her Snow Whitenstein! Get some Bolt Decals in white for your back window and that's what you can call her. haha
Nobody wants these things that's what I buy them for scrap price.... I told about 6 other people to go buy this white truck for pennies on the dollar but none of them wanted to mess with it. So I guess I gotta buy it
HI Bert great snow white frame work video. good luck with the repairs and we hope you have a long future with snow white .

Remember when you scrap out the old truck frame. It sue would have work to splice in😜 next time a scrap yard if you see a couple rail and cheap
Does jersey have car inspection?
Emissions etc
Emissions only but any vehicle OBD1 is exempt
I love you very much from Iran, but this is a game with your life and the lives of others
No it's not... There is much much worse than what I show you on the road every day...
I’m no lie
Jelly of jersey
60 degrees as I’m still frozen 🥶
Yeah well today it's frozen
@@ScrapFarm dang always have to take advantage of the weather
Hey Bert , What welder do you have ? Is it 240v ?
Yes Lincoln buzz box 240. I think it's a model 180
Needs a lot attention. You must have a lot of brine on your roads. L
you should teach a collage course how to build a Nissan 101

lol. China tool sacrifice🤣🤣👍
Truth indeed
Right Bert now ye can carry more weight lol
One way,one piece,ye got plenty off steel lol
When in the 20's or so you work in side!!!
lol old wet rust…..
Rusty farms 😮
Why not put a level on the bed
It's not really that important and it's never gonna be perfect without taking the bed off....
Some of that sag could even be in the bed because the back corner is rusty
