I have a problem with one of your products. The air conditioner does not cool. The reason is that the remote control settings were messed up. I reset it to cooling mode and it produces strong air at first, then the air weakens and it works without cooling. I am unable to figure out what the problem is. I hope to find a solution to this problem.

Buongiorno ho un "problema" con un vostro prodotto;mia nonna ha modificato, non só come, la lettura del sensore temperatura ambiente ed ora al posto di vedere sullo schermo dello split (unità a parete) la temperatura impostata da telecomando mi appare la temperatura della stanza, come posso risolvere questo problema?
