Any specific settings for your rolling VWAP? Like what fixed time frame would you suggest for day trading 3-5min TF entries?

I just anchor it to the last session start time. So 6pm EST for ETH and 9:30am for RTH. And then obviously I have a current session vwap too. I usually use 5min entries or tick charts.
