조쉬 부대찌게의 유례를 혹시 아시나요. 조금 슬픈 음식이랍니다. 예전에 먹을 것이 없던 시절 미군부대 앞에서 나오는 식량을 모아다가 그냥 죽처럼 다 넣고 끓여서 먹었던게 유례에요. 당시에는 가난한 나라에서 미군부대 음식들이 버려지는게 아까워서 처리했던 그런 음식이죠. 지금은 일반적인 음식으로 발전했어요
