I’ve always found key changeable locks to be interesting, and there are some fascinating examples, including this one. The Hobbs/Day & Newell Parautoptic being one of them. I’ve heard that the RKL-10 has a reputation for eating itself, but the parts in this example look to be in good order and without any serious wear. Have you encountered this? It’s a good thing that these can be decoded - some of the most experienced safe technicians I know rate some high end Rosengrens right up there with the most challenging safes they’ve ever drilled. I recall one example that took UK Rosengrens techs 2 weeks to open via drilling (decoding wasn’t an option, the lock was ok , it was a bolt work problem). The CNAB-6 is another Rosengrens lock I really like. I must add one to my collection when the opportunity presents itself.
@mercuriall2810 I have a video on dialing the CNAB on TH-cam, from a collectors point of view there are two models of CNAB locks ive come across, that is without internal relocker CNAB6 and with internal relocker CNAB 62 They can have different dials too
