Seisei is actually a strong Asuka player from Asia - so with Wings of Light being the same command as changing a Test Case, it's usually an input that's always on Asuka players' minds.
People were afraid Wings of Light was going to be such a broken special. But to the contrary, it's so impractical that it's almost never being used, just like Ky's Dragon Install. 😅
@@GawainW well not entirely. Ky's dragon install is guaranteed to always cost you half tension so it's always costly to use. Dizzy's wings, as hard to use as they are, are at least free until full activation. You activate them, a stray poke hits you that likely would have no matter what, nothing really lost for trying. Def not that strong but at the very least it's free pressure you could use to force your opponent into doing something
@@infernotheprotogen5736 The main downside is that the time activating wings is time that could have been used to make an ice fish. Personal preference, I guess, but I would rather have the fish most of the time.
0:29 the damage in this new patch has be a bug or an oversight. It goes against what was stated in the patch notes. Increasing the overall number of interactions throughout a match my ass.
I hate when people type like this without understanding... Punish Counter that's a DMG multilpier. Then it's the RISC applied to it. Let alone an OPTIMAL combo from the Gio player. All of these 3 things need to be in place for a Gio player to get this kind of damage agaisnt dizzy. It's not just 1 check mark, it's 3. It's not a bug or oversight.

I dont really care about the kapel nerf, but man, they did her dirty they took that away and slightly buffed her back dash and mizarh, I would honestly be fine with that but then they nerfed her health and damage. I mean, why? I get the kepel and balance, but the health and damage nerf really?
I can def feel this defense shit when playing. I feel like things that killed last patch don’t kill at all now. For example alot of my characters overdrives won’t even kill even if they’re not really staled via combo’s. Basically it feels like there’s two health bars now. The health bar you see at the beginning of the rounds and the health bar that is at the end of the rounds. And holy shit that final bar is beefy

Dizzy had half a risc bar
Dizzy has a low defense modifier and had half risc.
Gio had max meter so that's extra damage from passive.

Half RISC, 100 meter gio. Gio deals 5% more damage every 50 meter she gets, and Dizzy has bad HP.

@@francocruz75funny part is that her (already good) CH damage is buffed. They literally made her good sides "better" and bad sides worse.

Only if you play as privileged upper part of characters. Millia dies faster now.
