They release music thru temporary sub units and only plan to release music as a full group once a year. The first member was revealed in May 2022, while the last 4 were revealed in April 2024. Their first "full group" release was in Feb 2023 with the song Rising when they only had 10 members, but Girls Never Die is their first release with all 24 members. And btw, yes they all did get at least 1 line in the song lol. Explaining how the group and units work can be quite long and tedious so I wont go into it all that, but if you wanna know a little more about them, I recommend watching the video, 'What Does 24 Members REALLY Mean? (tripleS Analysis)' by Ben Atmos. It probably wont answer all your questions but imo it's a pretty good start to getting to know who/what they are as a group.
The stage presence and ability to be that synced up tearing down the stage with soooo many members is insane! I can only imagine the bias wrecking that happens for their hardcore stans, like find a bias and bam 23 others trying to steal you away! I completely agree with you though, the songs so far have been bops, I am so curious to see what kind of work they put out in the future. Thanks for the reaction man keep up the great work!
