I sang this in my 8 grade select choir as a soprano. Now I'm a Junior in high school and we're singing this song, but im an alto. I'm excited to learn a completely new part to me
I sang this song in Chorus when I was in 8th grade. When I was a freshman in high school concert choir couldn’t fit into my schedule because learning had to meet everyday. Every time I listen to this song it brings back memories of my last choral concert before I had to suffer no Choir in my schedule.
Very beautiful singing on the part of the choirs and the soloists, especially the ones for "I Dreamed a Dream" and "On My Own". I also like "Castle on a Cloud". Congratulations to the choirs of UTSA on a spectacular performance and their teachers, Drs. Mabry and Silantien. I wished I could have heard you in person.
My school choir is gonna perform this piece. I love this song. And as a soloist, I feel excited to practice and perform. Looking forward to our school choir night!
yes we are also learning this with our choir. the Caboolture Community choir and we are all enjoying it each week we are getting more confident :-))😂😀💞
This song is really good...great choir...i wanted to know how this song was performed. my highschool choir is singing this song and i wanted to hear it performed
Could anybody tell me a name of the Arranger? It‘s so wtong, to publish a Medley without any mentioning of the arranger… Which done a great job, by the way…
Astrid Thibaut Arranged by Ed Lojeski for SATB choir. Muisic by Claude-Michel Schonberg. Classic Broadway Choral Series from Hal Leonard Corporation. Our choir in Bedfordshire UK is performing this in June.
barry ellson We are a small village choir, the Pulloxhill Singers and we are performing this piece at the summer concert on June 5th at Pulloxhill Church in Central Beds. They don't let me sing so I am playing the piano. Good luck with your performance.

Did anyone else start crying like a baby the first few notes of "I Dreamed A Dream?"
No? Just me?
Welp, guess i'm a crybaby over musicals, lol.
i agree on the legato but this is amazing!!
I'm not in a choir so I don't know how to judge them, but they sound good to me.

Very good. Only criticism is that they were singing too legato during Do You Hear The People Sing.
Bradley Walden i agree with you, also the songs don’t seem as lively as other ones that I’ve seen
5:21 Thank me later
High five to the pianoist.
1:56? That doesn’t sound right maybe it’s just me?

Fabulous! It could have been a little slower during the last part though. Felt a little rushed. Otherwise impeccable performance!
I agree. I also used to sing that part slower.
is this in cut time?
Draven Lane I think so. It's definitely slower than my chorus is doing it
what are the lyrics?
whats the first song called?
+Charles Tolley it started out with the piano part from who am i then blended into at the end of the day
At the end of the day 😊
Too professional.... But I'm hyped to sing this.... Unprofessionally ^^
