  • Kru Yod & Kru Lamsongkram have been overseas in Montreal as a vital part of GSP's UFC 167 camp. We snagged their part of the countdown show to share it here with you because we're so proud of our boys!

    I will never forget my first private training with Kru Yod. Basically he told me "Today, we check your basics. So first, guard and stand" He then hammered me with a punch so hard I had never eaten before. Although i was guarding i got a blue eye. Yod's first reaction was "Ok, so first, we learn stand. No Fly, stand, ok. Guard too weak, one more." And he kept doing this until i could stand.

      You’re so lucky that’s a very good experience for everyone who wants to be a professional fighter,Some western people said that not a training ,You don’t need to suffer such unnecessary pain!That’s not true .because board don’t hit back but your opponents will hit back.

    Agreed kru. Yod is so kind and amazing. I have never been frightened of someone holding pads until him. His intensity. Its amazing. We should all donate a dollar for yod. And his family and lam. All of us around the word who have been positively affected by them. Seriously this guy trains our fat asses like we are real thai champs. Other guys are like hit bag. There are douch bags who have millions of dollars. Out there but good guy like Yod and lam They touched so many lives in a positive waway. They deserve the reward. I figure a dollar from everyone they helped. Would make them millionaires. Knowing Yod it would help his community. And no some flashy watch.

    Yod and Lam are hard as nails but so calm and humble. I bet after a day training with them you wouldnt have a stress in the world.

      he never took that ahah hendricks was on it but one of the reasons why georges left the game because he was tired of fighting people on steroids

      Close fight but no problem with giving it to the champ GSP. I think Hendricks was on some sort of PEDs anyways.

    They must be from another part of Thailand because they speak as if they were Lao.

    • @tigermuaythai
      @tigermuaythai  10 ปีที่แล้ว +21

      Lamsongkram is from Udon Thani and Yod is from Surin, both in north-eastern Thailand (known as "Esarn") where they speak a dialect similar to Laotian.

      Im from Isaan, Ubon Rachathani, all of Isaan speak Lao

    • @solidstudd22
      @solidstudd22 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      JohnnyPetsCats I think there from Surin. Most Thai people in Surin speak Cambodian, like Tony Jaa and Bukauw.

    • @Thongsai
      @Thongsai 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I was just with Lamsongkram in Vegas for Lion Fight he's from Udon Thani he speaks 100%Lao. So does Tony Jaa and Buakaw. Only some parts of Surin, Sisaket, Burirum speak Khmer. The dominate dialect in Isaan is a modern version of Lao.
