Since it's of Spanish origins it is pronounced Gai-aar-dow, Lamborghini employees say it like that because they are Italian and so pronounce it in the other fashion, but the true pronunciation is with the "aar" and not "L-L". Much like in America we pronounce Croissant like "cruss-aunt" rather than "krwa-san".
