Centarworld is a musical show but it’s not popular or known for its songs ironically. It gets its popularity because the story in the show is really good! I definitely recommend it because although it starts out fairly slow minus the beginning it’s still definitely worth checking out!

Early goodies is the first song, Rider's Lullaby, Fragile Things, and Taurnado. Though my personal favourite in season 1 has to be Who Is She (Reprise) though that one is spoilerific!
I'd say that taurnado and nowhere king are my favorite songs. And I don't think they're necessarily spoilerific if you don't already have their context. Especially since when nowhere king is dropped nobody has any idea what it means
I don't know if you're going to watch the show or not but please listen to the Nowhere Kings lullaby. I can't believe nobody told you to specifically listen to that one it is absolutely one of the selling points of the show
The way that this dominated my Spotify wrapped in 2021 and 2022 I highly recommend listening to "Frustration tears", "Fragile things", "Rider's lullaby" (that one's really short but worth it) and "The hero of my story". I seriously don't recommend listening to any songs from s2 bc if you choose to watch the show, those would be the most spoiler heavy!
I clicked on this. So. Damn. Fast! I clicked off a different video to put this on when I got the notification. The music in Centaurworld is so amazing. It’s so underrated. I almost passed on this show because I generally don’t care for shows that are too wonky (visually) but I’m so glad I gave it a chance. It’s surprisingly deep, even though it has its silly over the top moments too. I don’t see many people covering it and I’d LOVE to see you and others bring it back to the spotlight for the attention it deserves!!! Fun fact: The woman voicing “Horse” is the voice actor for an MLP character in the newest generation (G5) but only for the movie. They recast everyone for the tv show. But her singing in the movie is banger too!

I believe Megan McCarthy helped with Centaurworld, she was a writer and helped as a producer of MLP. Also the person who plays the hippo character played Angelica in the original Hamilton cast. There's some pretty amazing talent in Centaurworld, and I have to be honest it's the only show that's ever made me laugh at fart jokes. It's a short but sweet watch, with some pretty great lore. (I'd avoid season 2 songs as they're pretty full of spoilers). My personal favourite songs are Rider's Lullaby (all versions), Fragile Things (both versions), Taurnado, Who is She (og and reprise) and of course Comfortable Doug.

I just started watching a show on Disney plus called Kiff, and Kimiko Glen voices both Horse in Centaur World, and the main character Kiff in that! Surprised I've literally never heard anyone mention Kiff before, because it's a lot of fun so far!
Other songs I would recommend would be Taurnado, Fragile Things, Welcome to the Bay, and Nothing Good. Honestly there's a bunch more I'd recommend, but since it's a musical show and the songs are pretty entwined with the story, hard to get into too much without spoilers - plus the context of the show and story plays a large part in a lot of them, so it's better to watch them in context. I would absolutely recommend watching the show in its entirety, though. It does need a little bit of getting into, but the good stuff in it is really, REALLY damn good.
Take it from me, when I first saw it on Netflix, I wasn't as so sure, until I saw a clip on TH-cam of the villain, so I gave it try, was immediately hooked on the first episode and binged the whole series on 2 or 3 days.

It’s been a hot minute since you posted this but I can’t recommend this show enough !!! It’s severely underrated, has great music, characters, plot, and the finale will absolutely blow your mind. It follows along the vibes of “kids show” with something extremely sinister. If you’re still looking for song recommendations I’d suggest “Rider’s Lullaby” (it’s the opening of the show), “Fragile Things”, “Taurnado”, “What You Need”, “What if I forget your face”, and “The Nowhere King” !! Gotta love MLP G5 catching strays in the chat. The people who worked on it and on Centaurworld are Kimiko Glenn (Horse's VA, and also Izzy's VA in the G5 movie) and Meghan McCarthy, who is a writer who worked on both the G4 and G5 movies, and the G4 show as well. She wrote A Canterlot Wedding, for example. Anyway, I thought Centaurworld was kinda mid tbh, but there are some scenes that make it worth watching. They do some random bullshit for 15 minutes and then hit you with Welcome to the Bay and destroy you emotionally.
I love this show!!! It’s funny, creative and it sometimes gives me the chills/ goosebumps it’s not scary but it was kind of an eerie feeling sometimes I really hope you decide to watch it.
Something really magical about Centaurworld's songs is that a _LOT_ of them have callbacks to previous songs. Just watching this video I realized one I hadn't pick up in the many times I've watched it. I'd totally 100% recommend the show. It only has 18 episodes (from which the last one is basically a movie since it's +1h long) and it's a pretty good mix of absurdity, silliness and incredibly dark topics. Its humor lands 4/5 of the time at least and every single song is an absolute banger (my personal favorite being Fragile Things, the first song from episode 2). Also goes without saying it's animation is consistently godlike

Basically every song is spoiler city in this show because it's a total musical, but without context a few of them can be heard without ruining it, which basically includes just what you already heard. But dang, I'm here for MLP and I'm definitely here for Centaurworld. Centaurworld is pretty short and spicy with 2 great seasons that tell a complete story and is 99% dope. Unfortunately, the 1% lame part is in one of the early episodes, but IDK, I guess some people found that part funny? Either way, one mid song when the rest of the entire show is great ain't bad.
If that 1% in the early episodes is the same thing that I found annoying while watching the early episodes of the show, then the later episode fixed it by revealing the truth _behind_ it.
Centaurworld is an amazing ride. And so all over the place as to its intended demographic that it's near impossible to market which is why so many people never heard of it and it became a cult hit.

I REALLY hope you watch this show. There's so much more to this show than what meets the eye. It has a really beautiful stories and amazing singers. The main horse who's voice you really liked is voiced by the extremely talented Kimiko Glenn, who's in the G5 mlp movie and is also going to be in Hazbin Hotel!

I love this show so much ❤ I found it when I was at a dark point in my life and had recently lost my sister so this show that’s all about two sisters trying to find their way back while grieving the loss of each other really spoke to me 🫶 and it's really funny with amazing songs so I hope you start and enjoy watching it
