It was lovely seeing the whole experience and process of the back to back sailings. You did such a great job and this video was a perfect way to start my week so thank you for that! 😊
I’m so thankful you are being so honest with your review. We are currently trying to make a decision between a Disney cruise or Aulani when I finish my PhD program in 1 1/2 yrs and right now, I think the Wish might be off the list and Alaska is moving up! Thanks so much - your vlogs are so helpful unlike others who just praise everything and anything Disney does. You and Koda are great! Thanks!👍👏
I’m dyslexic too Adrian. I’ve seen your video about Enchante, I like how you kept the theme of your special date and left the food reviews for another video. Thank you for explaining back-to-back.
Thank you for doing this video! We are sailing The Wish for the first time this November for a Merrytime cruise! Which is also a first and we are doing a back to back as well! Thank you for an honest review! 😊
I am going on my first cruise (at 60 years old) in January, 2023 with my daughter. I am so excited beyond words. Your videos have helped me get ready for this, no matter what ship you are currently on. We are sailing on the Magic. Again, I am so EXCITED!!!! Thanks again!
This is craig Dennis i never miss your new videos are you haveing fun on your cruise and i in joy all of your videos all the time and have a nice safe week and your videos are great videos 👍👍👍👍👍
One of the most detailed videos for back to back sailing on DCL, thanks for posting the process, we have a back to back on the Wish in December so this was very helpful!
Thank you for your advice... I asked you questions in the last LIVE and I kept an open mind, did see the flaws but still had a good time. Only bad experience ; we came off the ship, went to WDW resorts and tested positive for COVID !!!! I managed to keep COVID away for 2.5 years and get sick w/ a Disney ship and resorts 💁🏾 But, I did sign up for another cruise 😂
Yay, excited to learn about the Back to Back process!! We are doing our first Back to Back next Summer on Wish, a little bit nervous about the process, but excited at the same time 🤣🤣
Great video! Glad they let you know to pack up your stuff before doing the B2B and testing again. We were supposed to do a B2B on the Dream at the end of April, but my grandma tested positive after the first 3-day cruise. They didn’t tell us we should pack up our stuff, and we didn’t think there would be an issue, so when we were told that we wouldn’t be getting back on, Disney employees stuffed all our things into any bag they could find and dumped it in the middle of the parking lot. We spent an hour and a half going through our things in the middle of the parking lot... not the best Disney experience but so glad they came up with an alternative so it doesn’t happen again😁
Geesh, might be easier to count the things you liked on this cruise. Sounds like nothing was right, I did not know they started putting luggage in the rooms like you expected. Done 27 Disney cruises and I have never had my luggage put in my room, even changing rooms on a b2b. Hopefully something goes right for you and you can enjoy your platinum membership
We just got off of a B2B on the Disney Wish and a lot of these “flaws” we didn’t even notice or didn’t bother us. I was just disappointed that the Aladdin show wasn’t ready and they showed Little Mermaid two of the three/ four nights. Also on the four night they had a singer one of the nights for the “family” show. She was amazing but not a great choice for the main show that night. There were not many little kids in the audience and those that were there did not last long. They were getting bored. Lol They should of had a magician, juggler, ventriloquist etc. Oh well.
Platinum and B2B?! Them goals right there. The more i watch WIsh vlogs the more i get anxiety about going. I'm not looking forward to spending the first hour on board trying to get reservations to places on the ship. I'm also not looking forward to the traffic jams on ship. Do you think Hyperspace Lounge is really worth the hassle? I'm a silver CC member so I'll be boarding really late. TIA
We had to leave out our review of hyperspace lounge from our first embarkation day video but I’ll tell you right now it’s not worth the hassle. Show up later in the evening and ask if there are any no shows and you may get in then but not worth waiting too long for imo
Same!!! I’m silver CC and the Wish appears to be too crowded for my liking. Maybe they’re just working out the kinks? I’m curious what reviews will be like a couple of months from now.
Thank you Adrian! That was super informative. I don’t think I will ever go on a cruise…my husband can’t handle crowds. It is so nice living vicariously through your adventures. Thank you and be well!
Did you mention what you didn't like about the other room? I'm just being nosey and you may have mentioned it in a different video I'm still catching up. Great video and something I've always been curious bout with the back to back thing. Thank you!
we were on the cruise with you - i see at 16:33, during the sailaway party, we're right there. My husband is holding one of our grandchildren and we're in front of him. We were a group of 9, so sort of hard to miss in our matching shirts. But with so many on board, still probably pretty easy to miss :)
by the way, that sailaway party is probably the best we've ever had on a disney ship, but that was one of the few highlights of that cruise. My daughter did a "back to back" with this cruise on the Wonder. On friday the 29th she flew from Orlando to Vancouver to board the Disney Wonder, which turned out to be a great corrective experience after the disaster that is the disney wish.
Did you guys have to do back to back because they didn’t have a 7 day cruise available? Apologies if you already answered this. Enjoying y’all’s adventures!
This is a bit different than the end of May when we did a b2b. They actually had someone escort us off the ship and we had to wait for the whole group to get their results before we were escorted back. Just curious do concierge do the exact same thing for on and off?
I did a B2B on the Dream at the end of February 2020 (it's weird thinking back to that point when we were just starting to see what might be coming...). You really had a lot of people doing the B2B! There were *maybe* 20 in my case, if I recall correctly. Other than the testing part and having to pack "just in case," the procedure looks almost identical. But I, too, loved seeing the ship so empty and would definitely do another B2B. And congrats on reaching Platinum - I have one more sailing to go 🙂
Koda you look STUNNING! Also- I don’t like the short cuts they’ve taken like not mounting the phone in the first video and the ceiling stickers- don’t dig it- especially considering the price you pay for it AND it’s a new ship. I think the bed animal is a frog also!
I'm so happy you two got your next level up lanyards. We're sailing on the Wish this month and doing a B2B also. We're going from silver to gold castaway members, like Dakota, and it was great to see she got a gold lanyard for the second half. You didn't show the gold stateroom gifts though, only the platinum bottle speaker. Did you also get the gold gifts for the second half of your B2B? Thanks!
@@ThemeParkExpress You got the bag with the chair towel holders (the sash looking things) and the big wallet that both had inaugural sailings on them. Those were the Castaway club gifts for silver and gold. I'm wondering if you got another set for the second half of your cruise. I want to make sure we get 2 sets because we are paying for 2 separate cruises.
No cruise to put it plainly lol. Our stuff would have been removed from the ship and we would not have sailed. We would have had to rebook for a different date
Love all the information. Can you provide more information on the room request? I had no idea that was an option. Did you see any of your fellow back to back travelers who did not get to return to the ship? Let us know how you liked the room change. Thanks! Hope you had an amazing trip.
We went to guest services and asked to be moved to another available room. We gave them our wishlist of location and room type and were told if there was anything available they would message us on the app. Sadly nothing came up.
Koda looks so pretty!!!!

Alaska cruise with the right excursions can be life changing!
@pntrgrl6720 I’d love to know what you ended up deciding on!!
@@bethany0630 - neither…we went to Scotland! 😂🤣
@@pntrgrl6720 hilarious! I’m a teacher and will finish my Rank 1 in May and we were thinking of doing an Alaska cruise.

Fantasy!!!! Love your videos!!! This is helpful since I have decided to go on the fantasy versus the wish!
Koda looked so pretty for Enchanted. I think that towel was a sea turtle.
I think your towel animal was an absolutely swole turtle

I have to say you have a great eye for detail. Those star stickers on the ceiling were eye opening.

b2b more easier to get reservations once back on board? like champagne tastings, brunch?
Great video you 2 thanks !
Orangutan towel maybe?
And Koda looked so good in that little black dress!!!!
Enjoyed your video and tips. Thank you. You guys are awesome!
Great video. Love the cruise content
Been meaning to ask, does the Funnel Vision (sp?) have a schedule for you to see beforehand?

Aiden Disney Cruise Line had announced that traditional character meet and greet is returning.

They definitely have changed the B2B procedures since September when I did a B2B2B, thank you for doing this video!
Thank you for watching!

The process for B2B looks pretty simple, I’m glad to see that because we are doing our B2B for my birthday!😊🥳🥂

I didn’t mention it in the original but I’m gonna make a video giving my positives and negatives of the ship. The rooms are nice but not perfect
I don't understand why they dont have the hyper space lounge on the app to book during the online check in process.
You two looked great all dressed up 😊
Wow, that's awesome you got to sail on the Disney ships so many times this season. I hope to sail on the Dream in the Spring.
You guys look so cute and I think it’s a turtle towel.
I can see us in the clip of the Sail Away party!

The Wish only does 3 and four night sailings. We wanted to do a b2b to see and do as much as we could without rushing
This is a bit different than the end of May when we did a b2b. They actually had someone escort us off the ship and we had to wait for the whole group to get their results before we were escorted back. Just curious do concierge do the exact same thing for on and off?
To my understanding it’s the same process for concierge except once back in the terminal you go to your own separate waiting area
Love your channel and hard work you put into your content. You looked handsome & Kota was gorgeous for your Enchanté dinner.

We heard there were between 70-80 b2b guests for our two cruises! It was crazy

Any good barbecue place will have lots of different sauces.

Sadly there is no good specific gifts for your stateroom. I don’t recall there ever being a gold specific. I knew about the platinum ones tho

Loved both of your dinner looks, your Alaska cruise videos I wanted to book ASAP the Wish makes me think a drunk person was a designer.

If the Wish is Cinderella's ship, why is she not on the outside of the ship and is Tangled instead?
I think it’s a turtle 🐢! Kota is right!
25:30 you two are goals 😍
Do they have a full out Halloween themed cruise around Halloween time? If they do they should get on that right away. I’d go every year! 👻🎃💀
They do have “Halloween on the High Seas” cruises :) with special Halloween entertainment and shows
it was a turtle
My guess for the towel animal is a Gorilla!
Luckily since then we can book hyperspace on app
How does that work now? I haven’t seen anyone talking about this
@@ThemeParkExpress you can book through app once connected to wifi at port I’ll find the video it was in and heard it on disboards and Facebook
Towel animal Turtle?
We had a turtle on one of our other cruises so we were thinking it was a monkey of some kind. But Kodas first guess was turtle too
reminded me of big hero 6 guy
I think it looks like a bullfrog.
I believe it is a frog.
The towel animal is a bull frog.
Let me be the first so say: YAAAAAAAAS 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈
Great video. Thank you for sharing.
