Photon became my favourite shader instantly after it's release. The looks are veeery beautifull and the best part is that it provides muck better perfomance compared to other high-end shaders. (also DH support is a cool additon too)
Before this i only have tried SEUS and BSL , from the video above , i can say photon is pretty beautiful , like for SEUS and BSL i can say they make the game become realistic but for photon they make the game looks like reality . Kuda shader also quite impressive , this is the first time i heard about it.
@@makoypt try touching settings in photon, you'll get better visuals than any of those shaders :) nah but fr bro, there are not many things you can change in complementary, and even theres not any difference between for example very low shadows and ultra shadows. They're looking good, but when I turned photon shaders oh man those shaders are so beautiful there's no way they look so gorgeus
For me the only thing that I don't like is the excessive Ambient Occlusion, the grass has too much and interiors like houses and caves too... other than that is the best one

I really Enjoyed the 2060 gigabyte 6 gb vram + I5 11 gen, but needed an bigger upgrade for upcoming games like Kcd 2, Gothic Remake, Gta VI, so I ended up rn with Rx 7900 GRE XFX + Ryzen & 5700X and now I am a smoooooth operatooooooor~
@@LucikThePlayer igpu don't really matter with smart access memory. It's the tech that was made with ryzen 5000 series which don't have igpus edit: also there is no such a gpu like 7900 gre xtx, either it is gre or xtx

you will get a bit more performance since minecraft benefits so much from single core performance, i believe on the build in the video the cpu is limiting the gpu
im impressed that the i3 bottlenecked that card at fully use. cool video, and here i struggle with 1440p 4080 super and some shader and mildly texture pack

Not really, and it is like 150 euros used where I live, and the rtx 3060 and 4060 are great cards, but I think that it is worth it to get either a 6700 xt or a 3070 used for a few bucks less, this is just my personal opinion, if you want to go new you can and it's your money, you decide how you want to spend it
@@Spacer2000 I wouldn't want to buy a 2060 new or used lmao. 6750xt is a great option brand new if you can find it. You don't save too much by going used on that card. 3070 is one of the cards that actually does make sense to buy used along with 3060ti and 3080

i wouldnt recommend getting a 20 series card in 2024, especially with new gen cards coming so soon, but hey, you do you personally, i would get something like a rtx 3060 12gb or a rx 7600, or for a bit more money a 6750XT

I absolutely adore Photon shaders, unfortunately I get a very annoying visual bug when I'm using the new version with DH, to the point that it's almost unplayable so I have to settle for some other pack..
I love shaders but i also prefer performance over looks, also nvidium isn't compatable with shaders (yes i could use distant horizons but i'm kinda not a big fan of it, it looks fantastic dont get me wrong but after using nvidium it's hard for me to back to DH, it's a personal preference thing)
I ran shaders for a while too, but I much prefer having a 32 chunk render distance + Nvidium. I have other mods/resource packs to get some of the shader features I do find essential like dynamic handheld lighting and emissive ores.
Wouldn't the i3 10100F bottleneck the RTX 2060? Minecraft is generally more CPU intensive so why is the CPU less "high-end", compared to the other specs?

Most games don’t scale well over multiple cores, so there is not a lot of benefit having a i7 as you would think.
