It’s hard for coaches in MLS to still many teams who just don’t invest in infrastructure, recruiting, player development, etc. Seriously, who the hell can win at SanJo or Dallas???
11:04 no mention of Brian Schmetzer, the only coach to win CCL in the modern era???? Nancy has yet to accomplish that. The Champions league should be a MLS standard...
I like what Charlotte and Minnesota did with their English hires. One chose the established route and the other looks like a good up and coming manager. Why can't MLS become a good manager development league too.
@@MLSMoves Can you do worse....in all aspects of life....yes (Murphy's Law). But he starts with a clean sheet and with the team behind him. About Tata...he is one of the best coaches in the history of MLS.....great winning record (if not the best), one MLS Cup, one Leagues Cup, one SS.
How are you post to improve when you have nothing to fight for in the league, the premier league. It's a promotional relegation and you got a fight for that spot ? some of your coaches are improving, but not as much as it needs to be
I think you need to address the MLS Apple deal. Not just one video but do multiple videos on it because this Apple deal is killing MLS. MLS is non existent locally. Viewership continues to be poor. NWSL and USL has drastically improved but not MLS. Can you find out why all of these ex NFL guys own and run MLS? A lot of the owners of MLS teams are NFL guys and the commissioner comes from the NFL. It appears to me that these NFL guys don’t want soccer to explode but they have soccer in a box and deciding soccer fate in the US. I think having the MLS being controlled by a bunch of NFL guys is a bad idea. The is more soccer people running the NWSL and USL and they are making soccer decisions not NFL type decisions like MLS. MLS got a lot of problems. I am not even concerned about MLS coaching at this time but it’s still a good topic.
Is the Coaching improving in MLS? Who is the best manager in MLS right now?
Wilfred Nancy
Best coach greg vanney or bruce arena probably
Better than Nancy?
I agree
Some are, but they have a real chance this year, with all the openings. Fingers crossed
And dont forget the red bulls coach- Schwartz, in his first yr, he makes the mls cup , with a team, that hadnt won a playoff rd,in 5 yrs,
I mentioned Schwartz. He’s been great
Olof Mellberg 🔛🔝
MLS in general gives their managers way too much slack. We need more bold moves like Miami made.
I hope we’re starting to see that

@@mozmozusa Dallas has talent they just haven’t hired the right coach imo
I think it's slowly improving but still has a way to go
It’s very vital to the growth of the game here. It’s 2nd to spending more imo.
It's hard to win in MLS! You will see with Bruce in. San Jose.

He’s a coach that deserves his flowers and that we need more of for sure!
@@MLSMoves that's right
Great Cherundolo take - LAFC has all the options in the world and they hire a dude at the bottom of the USL table? Bizarre move...
Made no sense at all

They can be eventually. They need good managers to show the way though.
I think it still need to take time
Is Mascherano an improvement.....maybe......???
I like his résumé as a player which could help. Tata failed the worst way possible in the playoffs. Can you really do worse?

Hello...😊
More mediocrity. Steve cherundolo kills me. 5 years know development or difference in pattern of play. Just counter attack.
@@AdamRafeedie they could do better and would have better results if they hired some one competent

I think not making the playoffs is a good start. Anyone who doesn’t make it should be fired
No it’s not improving
Why do you think that?
