I know exactly what you mean by a song making you feel like something you've done or would do. This particular song "Neon" by Prodigal band from the Electric Eye album reminded me of what it was like on a hot summer day on Union 🤔 or was it Grand avenue before it became MLK Blvd in Portland Oregon, where I grew up. At night time, on a one way street heading north with all the timed traffic lights to keep you cruising at 20 mph, and the old-fashioned lamp posts.
Reminds me of my Green Arrow and Spider-Man comic books & Fantasy books like CS Lewis's Narnia and Space Trilogy, or George MacDonald's Phantasties/ Lilith, or Stefan R Lawhead's Empyroin Chronicles/ Pendragon Cycle
