I actually made your last car cake and it took me about 12/13 hours over two days but I am not experienced as you are so it probably wouldn’t take you that long if you didn’t have to fuss around with the camera. 😉 love your cakes, you actually inspired me last year to start my own cake company and me and my partner are doing quite well at the moment, I will let you know how it goes. 😊

Depends what kind of fondant you use. You can homemake it with marshmellows and confectioners sugar and it tastes much sweeter than normal store bought fondant
I love that this is still a doll cake, but it's not a crazy ball gown. Perfect for the little kids who like to play with dolls, but couldn't care less about fancy dresses.

This is an inspiring video. I've only dabbled with baking over the past couple of years, but love picking up all these tips and tricks you share. Last year I made a dinosaur island cake themed on the video game Ark :Survival Evolved (for my wife... Bet you didn't see that bit coming). I have promised my lad that I'd do home a Minecraft themed cake, loved you video on that theme (and whilst my plan for a cake is very different, I've noted a number of tips I'll be using). Have a feeling my niece would love this particular cake. Thank you for all your effort and hard work. And since you asked in the video, I'm a Brit so we share a great deal with you, including driving on the left so that we can sit on the right side of the car. For time to cut and assemble this cake, I suspect a practiced hand like yours could do this in a couple of hours. I would probably give myself about for hours (and a lot of spare materials for the multitude of mistakes if make).
