2k clearly don't give 2 spits about myfaction. It's unfortunate. Myfaction is fun and addictive, not to mention where they could make all their money. You know 2k knows how to maximize those micro transactions

I agree with you... MyFaction could be 10x better if 2k was trying to make the mode good. It feels like they're doing the bare minimum but trying to get a big payout

I think that MyFaction would be better as a seperate free to play game.
I would actually invest more time and maybe even a but of monet into the game if I knew it still mattered when the new games came out.

Those live event cards are not the same ones in token market…most of those the average player won’t get because of the amount of tokens required to purchase them and the lack of frequent tokens in game

I also enjoy the challenge of the Live Events. Xia Li was money for the Davenport event. And I like that they're giving us reasons to use lower tier cards. But having the right cards and getting through some of the events feels like you won the lottery... but had to beat American Ninja Warrior to get your check.

Also, people have to remember that 2K has to balance MyFaction for old and new players alike. This is actually my first time playing MyFaction or any kind of ultimate team mode and I didn't even start until AFTER the ECW pack was released. But even though I have decent Amethyst factions, I was living off of Sapphires and Rubies just a few weeks ago. Not to mention, I still enjoy using Emeralds like Beast Jake Roberts or Elite Cody Rhodes for weekly towers and Faction Wars.

My honest thoughts on weekly towers being easy.
The Live events are where the true Difficulty spike rears it's ugly head, so If you Wish for hard challenges go there where you have to either have a specific card, low ranking cards or time limit to hinder your chances. But leave the weekly towers for people who want something to get rewards and isn't painful.

Im not saying make everything harder... I'm just saying im kool with some matches being a lil difficult sometimes. But keeping weekly tower a easier mode in MyFaction...I'm kool with that.
