I made my own the other day with a small variation. I made it with baileys, proper twelve, coconut whipped cream, 2 tsp of brown sugar, and chemex coffee and it was delightful! Love the content.
I've seen several of these Irish Coffee videos but I think this one is by far the best! I loved the Ready Whip idea and the inclusion of Baily's Irish Cream.
In spain what we do is add sugar to the spirit and disolve it, then add it to the cup. After we pour the coffee on a spoon so we have 2 layers. At the end we add the whipped cream and we have a perfect 3 layer drink
I tried the Pro version with amaretto and baileys in the cream. I didn't realise how super smooth the cream came out of the carbonation dispenser. Absolutely wonderful!
Gotta love the irish coffee! love the baileys and irish cream in the dispensor, I used to also add a pinch of demererra and a splash of vanilla extract in mine as well! 😋😋
You nailed it with this video! One of the places in Ireland recognized for its Irish Coffee is The Red Fox Pub located on the entry to The Ring of Kerry. Their IC is famous. We made your recipe for the Advanced but we made two minor changes: we used two Demerara sugar cubes and we dusted the whipped cream with raw/Demerara sugar - this is the way they make them at the Red Fox - the big surprise was the Proper 12 - what a great whiskey and while I know they used Tullamore Dew at the Red Fox, the Proper 12 is a nicer compliment. My wife doesn't really care for whiskey but she loved the drink made with Proper 12. Appreciate all your videos but this one really inspired us to try and make Irish Coffee ourselves. Cheers!
Hi Vlad love your Vlogs. I only have one issue with this video. When you heat the 2 glasses you should always place a Tea spoon in the glass before you pour any hot liquids in. Not all glassware is suitable for hot liquids. Thin and Thick Glassware will still crack or shatter if over heated.I was apprenticed as a Bar Tender over 40 years ago here in Ireland. (Nowadays Bar Apprenticeships are non existent). It was one thing I was thought. Never pour very hot liquids straight to the glass. (1) Find a suitable glass, place Tea spoon or metal stirrer into the glass. (2) Slowly pour Hot Water onto teaspoon in the glass. This allows the water to drop by a Degree or 2 once the spoon is heated. Also stops the glass from weakening (3) Pour to an inch from the top of glass. And let Glass heat. (4) Never fill glass to the brim as the heat of the glass will seriously burn your lips. (5) follow Vlads instructions above to make your own Irish Coffee version. Again only filling to nearly half inch from the top then adding the cream. Enjoy the Whiskey or in Irish it's UISCE BEATHA. (Phonetically pronounced ISHKA BAHA) or The Water of Life.
Vladflix is better than netflix i love your videos also amazing creativity and the right recipes for very well-known cocktails...congrats saludos desde Peru sigue con mas videos !!!
Really “vlad” u r great I can’t wait when this corona end and I finish my hotel management and join u. Always feel happy to see u and heard great knowledge from u. Keep going. Love from India.🇮🇳🙏🤟🍾🍸🍹
Well done, excellent ideas. I prefer french press for Irish coffee. It gives more body to this drink. V60/chemex are too sophisticated, and the sugar kills all the beneficial flavours of the coffeee anyway. The cream with Bailey's, it's a cool idea too.
Vlad SlickBartender не, я вообще без понятия как оно правильно называется, без рецепта как то решил сделать фантазию на тему айриш кофе и всем вроде как понравилось) можт он карибский, но там вроде миндальный сироп......
#2 was the Pro version. Did you mean the Expert version didn't seem too difficult? I agree. I actually think the Expert version was slightly easier with the use of the Chemex.
That invisible grinder was so low key. But a great transition. Great to see your gaining alot more viewers because of quarantine. Much love from Germany
Vlad, mixture with syrup + whisky need to be served hot to add density and after that, pour GENTLY your expresso on top of your first layer. An irish coffee is failed if coffe and whisky are mixed together..
That's it !! Now you have done it!!! I'm subscribing to you... :@ You and your beautiful drinks just here to torment me !! Top my hat to you as a former waiter.
recipe #2 is the best but if you use Irish cream or any alcohol in cream you must use recipe #3 The goal of Irish whiskey is that the cream mixed with the coffee in your mouth
@@VladSlickBartender Different strokes for different tenders. I lovve my espresso irish coffees with homemade whip, super rich and decedant Although, I bought a chemex recently and you've definitely made me want to try this different way. :)
As we're midfall here, starting to get cold, I was just thinking how good it'd be to have a warm drink. And then, this. Second strike, Vlad. Are you an esper?
I've been working as a bartender a couple months now. Just a local dive bar, but learning so much from your channel has really made me want to take my education on the topic much further. I'm 23 years old so hopefully that's not too old to be getting into school for it. What is a good first step into making it a career in your opinion?
You were going great guns until I saw the creamer gun coming out, Irish bartenders will whip a batch of their own cream every evening at that of every shift so that they know it is done to the right consistency and then spoon it on. What you consider to be PRO is sacrilege in a proper Irish Pub.
Isn't pouring hot water in glass kinda dangerous? Doesn't the glass shatter? Or is it temperature dependent? If so, how warm should the water be to warm the glass?

Irish cream, Brogans, or Baileys and coffee is called O'Reillys coffee.

Yes in France too i though an irish coffee must be made of whiskey and coffee separated but anyway
Ur making me really become a bar tender when im older...thank you:)

I just woke up and have all ingredients to make these. I now know how I am going to make my coffee today!!! Thanks

Great idea to put baileys in the cream 👏👏👏 that's my next move!

The cream with Bailey's, it's a cool idea too.
Pro version is my favorite you also get more outta of it too. Expert Is a mini glass
А если виски заменить на темный ром, а сахарный сироп на кокосовый, получается кубинский (наверное) кофе, оч вкусно)))
111nanotech Как бы да. Но вроде бы кубинский кофе готовится немного по другому ☺️

Most underrated bartending channel💕
#2 was my favorite and the Pro version didn't seem that intimidating either, as long as we have a creamer in hand, loved the touch of Bailey's!

Your whipped cream looks so clean
I realy love irish coffe that i've tasted, it realy suits with my tounge.
I’ll definitely try the Demerara sugar syrup in my next Irish coffee, but I don’t think whipped cream should be anywhere near an Irish coffee!
Paul Gibson whipped cream in most kitchen refrigerators think different 😅
