    This meditation is based on Ashtang Yog of Maharshi Patanjali. It is daily practice for 24 minutes a days helps to enjoy fearless, tension free, confident n peaceful life. It also makes the Sadhak much more close to God. During this Vaidik dhyan the Sadhak thinks of God's attributes like God is omnipresent, omniscient, justice etc.
